Althea is a space Sarah holds for that remembering — through breathwork, ceremonial cacao, sound healing, and Reiki. Trauma-informed, and built for nervous systems that have been carrying too much for too long.

Breathwork Experiences - Cacao, Reiki, and Sound Healing

Come as you are, carrying the tension of everyday life. Cacao to open the heart, breath to move what words never could, Reiki and crystal bowls to carry you the rest of the way home. You'll leave lighter than you arrived, and feel it for days.

Sacred Retreats

There is a kind of rest that only happens once you've actually left. Multi-day retreats, domestic and destination, held in landscapes chosen for what the land already does — red rock, open sky, quiet deep enough to hear yourself think. Days shaped around breathwork, movement, sound healing, and ceremony, with chef-prepared meals that nourish the nervous system as much as the body. Nothing is asked of you here except that you arrive. You'll come as strangers and leave as something much closer to sisters — rested all the way down, regulated, and more yourself than when you came.

Meet Sarah Blasi

Hi, I'm Sarah, the heart behind Althea.

There are moments when something within us begins to whisper that there is more.

More beneath the life we've built.
More beneath the roles we play.

For me, that remembering began with sobriety. I thought I was being asked to put something down. What I know now is that I was being invited into a completely different relationship with myself, with God, and with life.

Breathwork became prayer.

Althea became the space I wished I'd had — for women to soften the armor, quiet the noise, and listen again for the voice within.

East Coast born and now rooted in Orange County, I'm a wife, a mother, and a bespoke event designer — and I believe that that beauty and intention are never just decoration. They are how a space begins to hold you.

Community Wellness | The Richland in Orange | Cacao, Breathwork, and Sound Healing

Join me for an evening of deep rest, connection, and healing at The Richland in Orange.

We'll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony before moving into a guided breathwork journey designed to calm the nervous system, release what you're ready to let go of, and reconnect you with yourself. We'll close the evening immersed in the soothing vibrations of a restorative sound bath, allowing your body to integrate and receive.
