one breath at a time
Come as you are, carrying the tension of everyday life. Cacao to open the heart, breath to move what words never could, Reiki and crystal bowls to carry you the rest of the way home. You'll leave lighter than you arrived, and feel it for days.
Reiki-infused Breathwork
Breath first.
A guided breathwork experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. Reiki is gently woven into the session to create an added sense of support, grounding, and ease as the breath does its work.
There is nothing to perform and nothing to get right. You are simply given the space to breathe, soften, and notice what begins to shift when the body is allowed to settle.
Sound Healing
Then, we let the sound take over.
Crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments create layers of sound and vibration that invite the body into deep rest. As the nervous system begins to settle, the mind grows quieter and the body has space to simply be.
It is less about doing and more about receiving — a restorative sound healing experience designed to leave you feeling grounded, clear, and deeply relaxed.
Cacao Ceremonies
An open heart, on purpose.
Ceremonial cacao offers a simple invitation to slow down, set an intention, and reconnect with what matters. Together, we gather in circle, sip cacao, breathe, reflect, and create space for honest connection — with ourselves and with one another.
The experience begins before the first cup is poured. Each serving is prepared with care and intention, creating a ritual that feels thoughtful from the very beginning. By the time we gather in circle, the ceremony is already underway.

Deep Remembering: Breathwork + Sound at The Colony House
Tuesday, October 20th — 6 pm
Join me for an evening of deep rest, connection, and healing at The Colony in Anaheim.
We'll begin with a guided breathwork journey designed to calm the nervous system, release what you're ready to let go of, and reconnect you with yourself. We'll close the evening immersed in the soothing vibrations of a restorative sound bath, allowing your body to integrate and receive.

FAQs
-
About 90 minutes from the opening circle to the close. Arrive ten minutes early so you can settle in without rushing.
-
Evening gatherings are $55. Private sessions start at $175.
-
Comfortable clothes you can lie down in, plus a layer, since body temperature drops during breathwork. Bring a water bottle. Mats, blankets, bolsters and everything else are set up for you.
-
Something light a couple of hours ahead is ideal. Cacao sits better on a stomach that isn't full, and breathwork is more comfortable when you aren't.
-
No. Every session is guided from the first breath to the last, and most of the room is new to it. There's nothing to get right and nothing you have to share.
-
Breathwork is gentle, but it is active. If you're pregnant, or living with a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy or a seizure disorder, glaucoma, or a recent surgery or injury, check with your doctor first and let Sarah know when you arrive so the practice can be adapted for you.
-
Monthly circles at The Colony House in Anaheim and The Richland in Orange, plus private sessions in Orange or in your own space.
-
Most women do. You'll be welcomed by name, and strangers have a way of leaving as something closer to sisters.
Come As You Are.
Leave a Little Lighter.
You don’t need to have it figured out. You don’t need to know what you’re looking for. Just come with an open mind, a little curiosity, and a willingness to slow down.
There is space here for whatever you’re carrying.
