A woman with long brown hair and light skin is standing outdoors next to a large tree with green leaves. She is wearing a white blouse and smiling softly at the camera. The background features green foliage and a dirt path.

Hi, I'm Sarah,
the heart behind Althea.

come home to yourself.

I believe there are moments in our lives when something within us begins to whisper that there is more.

More beneath the life we have built.
More beneath the roles we play.

More beneath the ways we have learned to survive.

A deeper part of us begins asking to be remembered.

For me, that remembering began with sobriety.

I thought I was simply being asked to put something down. What I know now is that I was being invited into a completely different relationship with myself, with God, and with life.

Sobriety became the doorway.
Spirituality became the path.

Over the years, I began learning the sacred practice of surrender.

Of trusting what I couldn't always see. Of listening to the quiet knowing within me. Of recognizing that some of the most painful seasons of my life were also the ones that brought me closest to Spirit.

I began to understand that we are constantly being called home.

Back into our bodies.
Back into our hearts.
Back into our intuition.
Back into the truth of who we were before the world told us who we needed to be.

Breathwork became prayer for me.

A way of moving beyond the mind and into the places within myself that words could not reach… moments of release that felt less like becoming someone new and more like remembering someone I had always known.

Myself.

That remembering became Althea.

Althea is an offering from my heart.

A sacred space for women to soften the armor they have carried, quiet the noise of the outside world, and listen again for the voice within.

A woman sitting on the floor in front of a large window, surrounded by candles, flowers, and decorative objects, holding a glass as if preparing for a ritual or meditation.
Line drawing of a stylized fire with flames and a droplet, with small dots around it.
A woman in a white dress walking barefoot on a mountain trail with scenic green hills and a distant ocean in the background during sunset or sunrise.

I believe there is a divine intelligence moving through each of us.
I believe our bodies hold wisdom.
I believe our intuition speaks long before our minds understand.
I believe there are things we are meant to release and things we are being asked to surrender.

And I believe when women gather with intention, something ancient happens.

My work is not about giving you the answers.
It’s about creating enough space for you to hear your own.

To breathe deeply enough to feel what has been waiting beneath the surface.
To surrender what is no longer yours to carry.
To reconnect with Spirit.
To trust the unfolding.

To remember that even in the seasons when you feel lost, there is something within you that has never forgotten the way home.

Althea is an invitation to return to that safe place.

To soften.
To surrender.
To remember.

To come home.
