Breathwork meditation is a powerful yet often overlooked tool that has the potential to unlock deeper levels of insight and awareness in people's lives. It's something I'm truly passionate about, so much so that I've made it my mission to show others how to access this incredible doorway to well-being and mental clarity. By teaching insightful breathing practices and helping others understand the ins-and-outs of breathwork, I'm able to help countless individuals gain an understanding of their body, mind and overall life experience like never before. From physical stress relief, emotional detoxing, spiritual growth and creative inspiration - breathwork meditation has the potential to be deeply transformative if approached with an open heart and the willingness to explore.



The Path to Mindfulness

I am a certified Reiki and Breathwork facilitator whose greatest passion is helping others find their true inner spirit and move towards a place of tranquility, self-awareness, and freedom. Through my practice I strive to provide people with the tools they need to work towards healing themselves. My holistic approach merges traditional and modern techniques, incorporating meditation, Reiki healing energy, sound healing, breathwork, cacao ceremonies and more.

By creating an open & safe space for all those who come seeking relief & support – I work holistically with my clients in order to re-balance their minds, bodies & spirits – ultimately aiding them on their journey towards greater self-awareness & well-being. My mission is to bring balance into the lives of those I teach by sharing practical life strategies that are both empowering and inspiring.

My desire is to make energy healing accessible to everyone no matter where they are in life or what their needs may be. Ultimately, it’s not just about finding healing through Reiki or Breathwork but embracing all aspects of self-care so that you can restore harmony within yourself.

With all these aspects combined, it’s my hope that we can all strive for a more balanced way of living by putting our mental health first; allowing us to use our newfound clarity for greater good within ourselves and our communities.

Through this transformational Breathwork technique, I will help you to move beyond the limitations of your mind and tap into a deep connection with your highest self. You’ll be guided on a journey of self-discovery that will help free you from emotional, physical and mental blocks.

The meditation is done lying down in a safe, comfortable space, allowing for maximum relaxation and healing. With the use of aromatherapy, Reiki energy healing, and other gentle techniques like sound healing or music therapy, I will support you in diving deeper into the core of your being to release any old wounds or trauma that are holding you back. 

You’ll get to explore how the breath can bring new life to areas of stagnant energies within yourself, as well as how it can provide clarity in times of confusion and ease in times of distress. During this session, we’ll become aware of subtle shifts happening within our body while learning techniques to expand our awareness and access inner wisdom. 

This transformative breathwork technique provides an opportunity for profound healing as well as personal development. With regular practice over time, you may find yourself more relaxed with increased vitality and presence. You’ll be able to tap into your inner strength during difficult times and gain greater insight into who you truly are at the deepest level. Together we’ll explore ways to anchor these moments of awareness into daily life so that they can continue to serve us long after the session has ended.

Our breathwork retreats offer an opportunity for deep self-reflection. We believe that breathwork is an incredibly powerful tool that can help you tap into your inner wisdom and create positive changes in your life. Our practice is centered around gaining awareness of our thoughts and emotions while engaging in conscious breathing. 

Each retreat also includes reiki as part of its healing journey. Reiki is a form of energy healing where practitioners channel healing energy to restore balance and harmony within the body, mind, and spirit. During each session, we focus on clearing out any stuck energy that may be preventing us from moving forward and creating space for new possibilities. 

I also integrate intuitive healing into the breathwork sessions to help give individuals more insight into their specific needs and goals during the retreat. Through this gentle modality, individuals will receive guidance from their higher selves - allowing them to gain clarity around what they want to manifest in life.

At each retreat we provide personalized attention from experienced facilitators who have studied various techniques related to breathwork including pranayama (yogic breathing), holotropic (transcendental) breathing, shamanic (energetic) breathing and more. We are devoted to helping people reach their full potential by providing transformational experiences through meditation, movement, sound therapy, guided visualizations and many other healing modalities tailored specifically for their individual needs.



Mindfulness Breathwork is a transformational meditation experience that can help to bring greater balance, clarity and joy into your life. During the session, we will explore how to deepen your breathwork practice and refine your technique so that you can reap the benefits of mindful breathing. We will use a combination of breath-focused exercises and guided visualizations to take your practice to the next level and cultivate a deep sense of inner peace. 

You will learn how to use mindful breathwork as a tool for relaxation, stress relief, emotional healing, physical healing and spiritual growth. Through this process, you will gain greater insight into yourself, gain clarity about your purpose in life, understand more deeply why you feel the way you do and begin to take steps towards manifesting the life that you want. You will also be able to connect with other like-minded people in the group setting who are also looking for greater self-awareness and fulfilment in their lives. 

The goal of this breathwork experience is to help you create lasting change from within by becoming more aware of how your thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviours affect every aspect of your life. You will begin to recognize patterns that no longer serve you so that they can be released or transformed; allowing positive transformation into every area of your life. Through connecting with the power of conscious breathing and cultivating self-awareness, we create space for insight, understanding and ultimately living with more ease, joy and peace.

Sunrise Beach Breathwork is a unique and powerful experience that combines the healing power of breathwork with the beautiful energy of the ocean waves. Our breathwork session begins at sunrise, when we join together in a tranquil setting to create a space for personal transformation and self-discovery. During each session, I will guide you through a series of conscious breathing techniques to help you let go of physical, mental, and emotional stress. As your body relaxes into a deep state of meditation, the sound of the waves will transport you to an altered state of awareness where you can explore your innermost truth. 

We meet at sunrise at a specific beach location, which will be sent out in an email the day before the event. The sunrise setting provides a spiritual backdrop as we practice deep breathing techniques while listening to waves crash against the shoreline. 

My mission is to offer an unforgettable transformational experience for those looking for new perspectives and deeper connection within themselves—and with others; this is why the focus is on creating welcoming environments based on trust and acceptance.
